Who knows. Figures suggest the actual spend is much lower, but there’s no evidence to back up the claim. What’s happening with the aid is the last thing on anyone’s mind.
Zelensky is being called a “welfare child” for receiving American taxpayers money.
He was humiliated and being called disrespectful and ungrateful for the aid he’s received from the U.S. government.
